My home is purpose built and designed to provide the latest services in caring for the elderly. We are located in Carnforth with good access to all local amenities.
We have local buses and trains running nearby, providing easy access to the M6 which runs parallel, with junction 35 about a mile away. We have a warm, friendly and homely atmosphere at Hillcroft and we welcome visitors at all times, where we can provide privacy and light refreshments upon request.
Our rooms are single and en-suite and we encourage people to personalise them as they wish. Our staff are dedicated to their work and staff training is a high priority to Hillcroft.
We aim to provide individual care with dignity, and your rights will be maintained and respected. Meals are varied and special diets or requests can be catered for.
We offer recreational therapy activities and meals out. We have a large garden and patio area with canal views. Our EMI unit has a multi sensory system working daily. Our GPs include Dr Wrigley and Dr Baker from Ashtrees surgery in Carnforth, both doctors visit us twice a week, more often if required. We also have a chiropodist, optician and dentist who visit when required.
