You have the right to choose your home and a full assessment will be done before admission to ensure all you needs can be met.and any adaptaions and equipment needed will be ready .
We also provide Pallitive and Terminal care. This is active,compassionate care of the chronically and terminaly ill directed towards improving the quality of life.Pallitive care particulary focuses on the control of pain and symtoms.All our nurses have been trained according to the recent guidelines fo End of Life and have been trained to use the Liverpool Care Pathway.
These specialist approaches include the individual, the family, carers and friends and extend to bereavement and grief.
